Minipost: The hero we've been waiting for - BRODOG
I can't wait until we see the legendary Brodog in Warlords of Draenor.
What, you don't remember him? How can you forget Brodog??
Okay, fine. You're excused if you don't remember him. His wowpedia entry may be tragically short, and he may have played a less important role in the Second War than say, Orgrim Doomhammer or Teron Gorefiend, but Brodog was there!
He first shows up in the novel Beyond the Dark Portal. In fact, he's actually the very first character we meet, with the very first line of dialogue! Yes, his unforgettable delivery of "Throw down!" (referring to, of course, some bone dice) really set the dark, epic tone for the story. That Brodog. What a champ.
Brodog - along with fellow orc sentry Gratar - didn't serve any other noteworthy role in the novel, but that doesn't mean they're not important enough for Blizzard to re-use. After all, Malgrim Stormhand also only showed up in Beyond the Dark Portal, and we've already seen from alpha datamines that he's popping up again next expansion. And Malgrim didn't even have any speaking lines in the novel!
Besides, what a hilariously awesome name for an orc - BRODOG. It's so good.
And, it also lends itself extremely well to quest names. Here's a few tweets from the other day when I started speculating on how awesome it would be to finally see Brodog in action.
Calling it now, WoD quest named Come At Me Brodog

@_Rades I'm betting on 'Do You Even Lift Bro?' Or some variation of that.

An entire series of quests. Come At Me, Brodog. Do You Even Lift, Brodog. Cool Story, Brodog. Don't Phase Me, Brodog.

So we'd all best prepare ourselves for the almighty Brodog to make his big Warlords appearance! And even if Blizzard doesn't want to use him...I'll be ready.
