Minipost: Armory minipet names for fun & laughs
One of my favorite things to do when I'm bored is look up guildies or friends on the armory, and take a look at their minipets. I used to do this with hunter pets, but now that you can name minipets, everyone is a valid option!
It's fun looking at the funny names people choose, or the tribute names to friends, or the ones that just make you scratch your head in wonder. Real-life pet names are also popular!
Sometimes you see names that are from events you remember, or from other games, which is always funny.
And sometimes you just have no idea about some names, making you wonder WTF the story is behind them!
What more can I say? Go look up your friends and see who their little friends are!
(Confession: I'm terrible at naming minipets, so don't bother looking me up, mine are mostly unnamed :O)

I look at pet names when I'm in cities and random groups but I've never really looked on armoury - guess I'm missing out on some awesome names! I love Ricki Ticki Tavi!!

I'd check nharzul's pets but usually they are named after guildies, usually insultingly :P

Umaro is best Yeti! Especially if you go through the effort of getting him the Rage Ring and Blizzard Orb!

I was going to make a comment about how Rikki Tikki Tavi should be a Mongoose rather than an otter, but I thought I'd better check the pets in game to see if there was a mongoose available. I was SHOCKED to see that that IS what blizzard considers a mongoose and even worse they have it down as an aquatic type?!?

Better do this then before Blizz take away the pet section on the armory!

I think I have only ever named one of my pets. My clockwork gnome is named Norman, because he reminds me of my dad, who can fix/make anything. I'm boring...
