Ever want your very own Goblin nurse? Well look no further, because personalized medical care on a 2 minute cooldown is just around the corner!

This funny trinket will summon a male Goblin aide who will follow you around for a short time and heal you a few times. Even better, he says some amusing lines out loud for everyone to see, such as:
- You should consider losing some weight.
-Where does it hurt?
-When was your last checkup?
-Turn your head and cough twice.

It's extremely easy to get, too! You get it in Tanaris, so you can just pop over from Uldum or grab it after you're done a Dragon Soul raid. You need to be at least level 44 to do the tiny quest chain.

Head west of Gadgetzan, to Sandsorrow Watch (it's labeled on your map).


A Goblin named Gus Rustflutter will give you a quest, I'm With Scorpid, a simple "kill and fetch X parts" quest. After you complete it, do the the follow-up quest, Gargantapid, and Gus' First Aid Kit is one of the rewards! That's it!

The healing from the trinket doesn't scale, so it's quite worthless except for flavor reasons if you're higher level than intended. However, if you're a tank at proper level, it's actually pretty useful! Not only are trinkets extremely rare at low levels, but this one - a "fire and forget" self-heal - is quite handy while tanking. He'll heal you for 150-175 health three times before disappearing, which in the 40s, is nothing to sneeze at. Macro it to one of your main abilities and enjoy!
