Minipost: Fishing can be hazardous to your health

Fishing can be a relaxing and profitable way to pass the time in WoW.


Did you know you can do it while sitting?


You can even do it while lying down.


In fact, this can be a sneaky way of reducing visibility while fishing in enemy cities.


This is some place in Ironforge. The Forlorn Caverns, I guess? I think it's in the back.


However, if you're a Blood Elf, you should NOT fish while lying down.

The results are gruesome, painful, and honestly quite horrifying.

OH GOD YOUR SPINE WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOUR SPINE

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BEND LIKE THAT

(Note: These are screenshots from 2009. I'm not sure when, but Blizzard has since fixed this hilarious glitch. As you can see by the following picture of Fabulor fishing, Blood Elves now merely hold the rod beneath them - even if it's IN THE GROUND - and fish. Disappointing!)

    You can fish sitting down, or lying down, or doing... THAT. But Titan's help you if you dare to want to look at a map while fishing.
